Prague Rail Cargo Station is the largest permited brownfield regeneration project in Prague, minutes from down town. Over 40% of the land is dedicated to parks and greenery. Novy Zizkov is being developed on 12.7 ha. Phase 1 represents 140,000 sq.m NLA of mixed use. This project includes 250 Apartments, 110 room Hotel, Offices 54 000 sq.m NLA, Shopping & Entertainment 36 000 sq.m NLA. Planning permit was granted in September 2013 and building permit is in progress.

Phase 2 is currently being master planned for an additional 80,000 sq.m of mixed use space.

Investors are Discovery Group, Grainger Trust plc and Blue House llc
